Our website does not include any tools that automatically transfer your data to the providers of social media platforms (social plugins), when visiting our website.

When accessing the link or button, Information concerning your visit to our website (e.g. IP address, time code, URL) or cookies, already stored on your device, are transferred to the social media platform.

 

Data we collect from you

We only process your personal information as needed for the provision of a function website and in order to generate content and services for our website.

If you send us a request, your information (including your contact information) will be stored and processed in order to answer and follow up on your request (if needed) in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR. Your information will not be passed on without your consent.

Your Data will be stored for a maximum of 5 years. Your data may be stored longer, if legal retention periods exist or if processing calls for a longer retention period (e.g. in the case of claims for compensation).

 

IP-Anonymization

IP anonymization is activated on our website. Because of this, your IP address is shortened by Google within the European Member States and the other States within the European Economic Area before transferring your IP address to the USA. Only in exceptionally cases is the IP address shortened on a Google Server within the USA after the transfer.

Google uses this information to analyze usage on our website and to create reports on the usage of services on our website on behalf of the provider. Data collected in connection with Google Analytics will not be pooled with other Data from Google Inc.

 

Protection for minors

Right to access and verification

In application of the conditions, stipulated by Art. 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to demand the erasure of your personal data. This can occur, for example, due to the withdrawal of your consent of processing or if the purpose, for which the data was collected, is no longer necessary. An erasure cannot be obtained if the data needs to be kept in order to comply with legal obligations. An example of such a legal obligation can be legal retention periods for tax purposes. In case a legal obligation exists when you assert your right to erasure, we will inform you of the circumstance immediately.
